SCOPE OF WORK

Design a subdivision consisting of single-family residences and attached ADUs,attached single-family residences, and condominiums.

This project addresses the housing shortage in San Jose by developing a thoughtfully planned 14-unit subdivision. The design includes a mix of housing types to meet diverse needs: five single-family residences, each with attached Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), two attached single-family homes, and two condominiums designated as affordable for extremely low-income residents. By incorporating different housing options, the project aims to maximize land use efficiency and provide more homes for the community.

The design prioritizes modern living while maintaining harmony with the surrounding neighborhood. Each unit features contemporary architectural elements, sustainable materials, and efficient layouts that balance comfort, privacy, and functionality. The attached ADUs offer flexible living arrangements for extended families or rental opportunities. This subdivision not only expands housing availability but also fosters inclusivity and accessibility. Through innovative design and strategic planning, the project supports San Jose’s growth and enhances the quality of urban living for all residents.
